How do I connect HabbitArc to Apple Health?
When you first open the app, you'll be prompted to grant HealthKit permissions.
If you skipped this step, go to the Dashboard and tap "Unlock Health Insights"
to connect. You can also manage permissions in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > HabbitArc.
How does the AI meal scanner work?
Simply take a photo of your meal, and our AI will analyze the image to estimate
calories, protein, carbs, fat, and other nutritional information. The AI uses
advanced image recognition to identify foods and portion sizes. Results are
estimates and may vary in accuracy.
Why isn't my health data syncing?
First, ensure HabbitArc has permission to access your health data in iOS Settings.
If the issue persists, try force-closing and reopening the app. Health data
syncs in the background, so it may take a few minutes for new data to appear.
How do I add friends and compete on leaderboards?
Navigate to the Social tab and tap "Add Friend." You can search for friends by
username or share your unique friend code. Once connected, you'll both appear
on each other's leaderboards and can create challenges together.
What health metrics does HabbitArc track?
HabbitArc tracks 13+ health metrics including: Steps, Walking/Running Distance,
Flights Climbed, Active Energy, Exercise Minutes, Sleep Duration, Heart Rate,
Resting Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Respiratory Rate, Blood Oxygen,
and Body Mass. All data comes from Apple Health.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, open iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions,
find HabbitArc, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your premium features will remain
active until the end of your current billing period.
Is my health data secure?
Yes! Your health data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage.
We never sell your data to third parties. HealthKit data never leaves your device
except when you explicitly use features like AI analysis. Read our
Privacy Policy for complete details.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account." This will permanently
remove your account and all associated data from our servers. Local data can
be removed by deleting the app from your device.
The app crashed or isn't working properly
Try these steps: 1) Force close and reopen the app, 2) Restart your device,
3) Ensure you have the latest version from the App Store, 4) Check that your
iOS is up to date. If issues persist, please contact us with details about
the problem.
How do I earn XP and unlock achievements?
You earn XP by: logging meals (10 XP per scan), tracking hydration, completing
daily goals, maintaining streaks, and using wellness features like meditation
and journaling. Achievements unlock automatically when you reach milestones!
